Christmas cookies

We spent hours with Julie making cookies for the YMCA cookie walk. We have to take 7 dozen to them and then to all our neighbors. So pretty much LOTS of cookies.

Halloween time!

The kids were trying on their costumes to see which one's to wear.

Ryan had been wearing his spidey costume for the past month and it happened to be dirty for halloweeen. Bummer! So he was a spidey skeleton. We made it work.

Instead of bobbing for apples this year we tried carmel apples. I definitely need to perfect these babies. The carmel just wouldn't stay on!

Corey's was actually pretty perfect.

Ryan has his own method of getting the carmel to stay up.

Octoberfest

We were invited to our friends annual Octoberfest party. Everyone was suppose to dress up, but we were the only ones, besides the hosts, to actually do it.

Corey was super happy.

Talan's 5th birthday!

Talan got to celebrate his birthday twice this year, at the YMCA with all of his friends and in St.George with our family. He had a pretty good birthday!

1. He has a heart of gold.

2.He loves to compliment everyone, especially his mom.

3. He would do anything for his sister and brother.

4. He loves going on scooter rides with his dad.

5. We love when he sings "Baa Baa black sheep love you anymore".

6. When he's bored he falls asleep. He pretty much falls asleep in church every Sunday.

(He slept during the primary program while on stage, pretty funny.)

7. Being so willing to give us all "Tally time."

8. He is sensitive of other's feelings.

9. Lille loves to cuddle him before he goes to bed.

10. He is the "cool kid" at school. All the kids say, "Hi Talan!"
