Denver

We love going up to Denver to check out new parts of the city. This time we went to the Butterfly museum. It was pretty sweet. Butterfly's were everywhere flying all around us. The kids loved it.

Then they both got to hold Rosie the Tarantula. I was glad Spence was willing to help the kids out, cause I wasn't getting near it.

You can't enjoy the rocky mountains without some Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
We drove up to the Alpine Tundra. It was SO cold, and we weren't wearing very warm clothes. But it was so pretty up there.
Lots of Elk

Estes Park.... I'm in love with this place.

Randoms....

I ran into our house with the Tahoe. It was a sad day. Good thing I have a brother who does auto body!!

Poor little Ryan loves soda... A LOT.
Little Monkey
Ryan and Halle. The cutest little trouble makers.
Such a cheese ball. I love it!

Pueblo Zoo and Tal's last day of school partae at the kiddie rides.

This bear at the zoo was hilarious. It looks like a statue... but it's not. It just stayed in this position panting. Maybe it was surrendering to the other bear... it really liked the sun... I don't know. But it was very entertaining.
Ryan and his most favorite person in the world... Jennie. He is obsessed with her. And we love that she doesn't mind. She's like our own personal babysitter.

Talan and one of his favorite friends at pre-school, Brandt. On their last day of school.
This is THE scariest ride at the kiddies rides. They have a hose next to it cause so many people throw up when they get off. I thought I was going to pass out the first time I went on it, so I don't go on it anymore. Anyway... Talan wanted to go so bad so he did it and LOVED it... then did it again. I was so proud.
He went with his teacher, Ms. Julie. I think she was kinda scared.
Oh... I thought I would just throw this pic in. The weather here is crazy! See how it is totally sunny and it's hailing!! And this hail is small. It gets up to the size of golf balls some times. And then a couple minutes later it's over and looks like nothing even happened. Insane!

The Nature Center

Talan's pre-school teacher and her husband took us down to the Nature Center. It is so pretty there. And it's only 5 minutes from our house. How we didn't find this place sooner... I do not know. We had a BBQ, the kids played on the play ground then we played by the river.

Ryan just walks up slides... no big deal.
The squirrels were hanging out with us.
Corey was nice and packed Maddy across the river so she wouldn't get wet.

When is gets warm we are going to go tubing down this thing. I'm excited.
