WHAT AMAZING FRIENDS...........

Check out my amazing friends! Anna is getting married in July, Kisten has a four month old baby and they still made time to fly down to Phoenix to visit me! Who could ask for better friends! We had so much fun. We took the kids to bounce U and I think we had more fun than the kids. We did lots of shopping and went to the Rainforest cafe. Talan was terrified of the animals. He put his hands over his ears every time all the animals would make their sounds.
Maddy had so much fun with her friend Quincy! They stayed up until about 11:00 each night and then woke up bright and early the next morning so they wouldn't miss any time with each other. Maddy wished on a star that Quincy could stay forever. So when Quincy went home she had a really hard time. She really thought her wish would come true.
Ryan has a new best friend, baby Ace. Hopefully we will see him enough that they really will be best friends. I can just see it in their faces, they are bonded for life!By the end of their trip we were so sleep deprived that this is how their vacation ended. We were all a little crazy, but it was so much fun! Anna and I were having flashbacks of elementary and middle school when we were camera happy. And then I went through that same phase with Kisten 5 years later. Okay, maybe I never got out of that phase, I think I am still a little camera happy. Their trip went by so fast, but we had so much fun! Thanks girls, you guys are the best!!!!

A fun week with Grandma Suzie!!

We had Grandma Suzie here for a week.  She was so helpful and the kids loved having her here. I was able to get some naps in, which were much needed, and the kids kept Grandma busy with hungry hippo and the fishy game.  They also played outside in the sprinklers A LOT, and Grandma loved it too cause she was able to get some sun! They are both so sad now that she has gone home.

Ryan Christian Beck

Ryan was born at 8:15 a.m. on April 21, 2008. He weighed 8.10 lbs., had both testicles (this is actually important because Tal lost one to his abdomen for a couple of months!), and was 21 inches long. Sandy was a champ as always through the pregnancy, labor, and delivery. The lower half of her body was not completely numb as was expected. She ended up feeling a lot of the delivery, but she managed to "push" on through (sorry for the lame pun). Ryan has already figured out how to work his "fountain drink" with free refills if ya know what I mean! Finally we have a child that is the same blood type as Sandy, this will help protect against jaundice. Ry is nearly 12 hours old and is yet to drop a deuce or take a leak!

Talan got bit by a turkey at the zoo and is showing his Mommy his ouwie. He survived and continued to feed all of the animals. Tal is fearless, he isn't afraid of any of the animals.

"Mommy shower"

Kim knew that I was wierd about having a baby shower since this is my 3rd child, so she and Summer threw me a surprise "mommy shower". The theme was "Pamper Me". What could be better than that? I got lots of amazing things that are going to be wonderful! Thank you to all my amazing friends!!!

Happy 30th Birthday Cutie!!!

I threw Spencer a surprise party for his birthday. It was so much fun! Mike was amazing and made enough marshmallow guns for each family! Everyone was going crazy with them. Spencer used it to blow out his candles. We had a lot of other activities planned, but nobody wanted to stop playing with the guns. There were marshmallows all over the park, which was super fun to clean-up, but it was worth it! It was also a hat party. Everyone had to bring a dish that went along with their hat. Everyone was really creative and made it super fun!

Hill Wagon/Mtn. Riding

The top picture is of Maddy showing off her "rockhopping" skills (never mind the foot in the lower right corner). The next two pictures are of us riding down this hill we found a week ago and had to go back for the photo opp. Maddy started out going slow down the hill, using her brakes almost the whole way, by the third time down she started pedaling at the top. She is going to be awesome at the adventure sports.
